I can not download Adobe Flash Player

I can not download Adobe Flash Player.  I am running MacOSX 10.7.4

Define "can not" - what exactly happens when you try?

Nothing. It says it is downloading and it will take a few minutes, but nothing happens, I have tried to follow the suggested steps but it only sends me to buy one of several Adobe programs that I do not want. Whin I clilck on "download

Adobe flash player" it sends me back to the original screen where it says download now and once again nothing happens.

You clicked on the Download DMG Installer link on the alternate download page I linked earlier, and nothing happens?

Can you download anything on your Mac?  What browser do you use?

I am still unable to download Adobe Flash Player. I have given you my information, MacOX10.7.4.  Everything else works very well, programs, etc.

I think this exceeds my limited Mac knowledge; hopefully someone with a deeper understanding of that OS can take this up.

But one clarification: earlier (in post #4) you wrote that you "cannot install" Flash Player, now you write that you "cannot download" - which is it?
