I create a Presenter 6.2 presentation from PowerPoint 2007. Everything is OK for me but some people see "no audio" at the bottom of their screen.

Do they hear the audio?

No audio. That's the whole problem. But apparently it appears that it was an Adobe player issue. Once upgraded the sound played.
