License probem

Hi,

I licensed my digital editions when trying it out by seleecting this computer only.  Download two of my e-books from Google Play, thought great I now want to use this product.

I then installed ADE on my second computer and used by Adobe ID to authorize.  Tried to download the books I had looked at earlier and got the following message:

Error getting license

Error E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED

Thought no problem, went back to my 1st PC deleted the two Google Play E-books and authroized this version of ADE.  Tried to download the same books and got the same message:

Error getting license

Error E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED

Is there a way via support to get them to reset the account as I have paid for the books and now want to read them via ADE rather than Google Play web reader

Thanks

Since it has to do with Google, I'd suggest going there to find out what's

going on first. They should be able to tell you what 'counter' they're

incrementing and how it's reset.
