Hi all,

I hope you all help me in the case: I generate my help project to .chm file. I click on some topics and then I click the Back button to turn back to previous pages. When it reachs the first page I clicked , this Back button is still enable and still alllows to click but still keep the first page on the screen.

So there is any way to disable this button automatically when it reachs the first page ?

Thank you.

I think this is a bug in the Microsoft HTML Help compiler that RoboHelp uses. Am I right in thinking that you have both Back and Forward buttons enabled in your window. If so, I don't think you can change this behaviour. I have seen the Back button disabled however if you only have the Back button enabled  - i.e. disable the Forward button.

Based on Colum's statement that the root problem is a bug in the Microsoft Help Compiler, it will never be fixed. Adobe cannot touch Microsoft's code and given that Microsoft are no longer maintaining it, the problem will there forever plus one day.
