Hi,

I am using RH 9.0.2.271 and generating Webhelp to be viewed in IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

I have added a Related topics button in each topic. On clicking this button, the list of topics is displayed in a popup right next to the button in all other browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome). However in case of Safari, this popup is displayed at the top of the topic. I have also tried using See Also instead of Related topics, but the issue is still present.

This issue is present on both Safari on Windows as well as on Mac.

Can you please help me resolve this issue? Thanks!7-17-2012 4-18-14 PM.png

In another thread I reported that I thought there had been a post about this issue but I have not been able to find it.

Whilst I am advised that Safari on a PC is not supported, Safari on a Mac is. You should therefore report this as a bug as I am not aware of any solution.

The more people who report a bug or request a feature, the more likely it is to be actioned. Please follow this link.

Thanks Peter!

I will file this as a bug with Adobe. Anyways, for the time being, I will remove the Related topics button from all the topics since a major chunk of our customers use Mac. However, this issue limits the use of the Related topics feature.

Personally I just provide a list of links that the user can see without having to click another button. In my projects that list is not too long so it works nicely.
