Adobe Flash Installation Problems

I tried to update my computer to the most current version of Adobe Flash, from the 10.1 version to the new 11.3 version. It said it installed sucessfully, but it did not. It actually wiped Adobe Flash completely from my computer, and now my computer does not show that I have any version of Flash, even the old one that I was running previously. I have tried the installation of the new version a dozen times to try to get it to work, and each time it says it installs successfully, but it never has worked and my computer is still not running any version of Adobe Flash.
