need application to open Adobe Flash APT for Ubuntu 10.4?

i am trying to download Adobe Flash APT for Ubuntu 10.4 and it keeps asking me to choose an application to open it.  I do not understand and do not know which application to choose.  Could you please help

You can open the APT in Ubuntu Software Center.

Don't you see it?
