So it looks like I can do it with video by selecting full screen in the overlay options. I really need a solution for the web content though. The web content needs to be fairly large so you can see all the info on it. I do not want to put the whole thing on the page in the middle of the document (I will have several of them). The examples I seen (i.e. Lynda.com) shows an image placeholder (the size of the web content). I would really like a icon sized placeholder that when I click, plays the web content at original size.
Create a thumbnail of the page, save as PNG and place in InDesign. Then convert it to a button with a link to the website.
That will work for the web content available online (which is a possibility) but I would prefer to have it available as part of the DPS (linking the web content internally).
Any thoughts on controlling the size of the DPS packaged URL content?
Use an MSO. Put the web content overlay into a state and have the button go to that state.
Just a follow up to say thanks Bob for the MSO suggestion. It took some effort but I was able to accomplish my goal and have it looking the way I was hoping.
Again, just a quick thanks!
