Can't sign in.   I have Adobe ID, Screen Name, Password, Paid subscription..   All I want to do is convert a PDF to Word.  Help!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Are you trying to access the service via Adobe Reader or from the ExportPDF website?  Are you getting an error message when you try to sign in?
