I hope the staff is busy with a new TESTED!!! update and that is why there is no answers.
Are you using Firefox? If so, please see the second to last paragraph in the 11.3 update announcement that requests using Firefox 11.5 or greater for crash logs.
I'd also recommend installing the 11.4 Flash Player beta to see if your problem has been addressed. If it still exists, we'd love to hear about it in detail. Can you give us any steps to reproduce?
