We have a third computer and installed PSE 8. On one of the old computers we deleted PSE 8 without deactivation before.
Now I get a message each time I start PSE on the new computer: We use PSE on three computers! But I can not deactivate PSE on the old one because it is already deleted there!
What can I do?

For an installation that you no longer have, only Adobe customer support can re-set the activation for you. Use this link to contact them:
If an agent is available, you can initiate an online chat session to get the activation resolved on the spot.
You might also just install PSE8 on the old computer and see if it’ll remember it is activated and let you deactivate it.
