Adobe Flash Palyer 11 failed to install in my Windows 7 (64 bits) after installation reached 50%. Error message "failed to register".

Please help and advise.

Are you running the installer under an Administrator account?

If you do, then there may be a permission problem in the Windows registry.  This article explains how to fix permission problems: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/987370
