auto install?

ok so I tried rolling back to 10.3 recently because of the bugs with firefox in 11.3 but since then flashplayer tries to auto install an old downloaded installation every 20 mins or so and tells me: the version of flashplayer you are trying to install ins not the most recent please visit this (inactive link) and get the newest version I need some ideas here I tried the settings in flash so that it doesnt get the update but it still does it
