Bookmark underscores in TOC

Hi, All,

It's nice that you can auto-generate a TOC using bookmarks, but as we all know, bookmarks cannot have spaces, so you have to do a lot of hand editing to the TOC, which is a real pain.

Does anybody have an easy fix for this problem?

Seriously, I think a script might be the best solution to this problem. You can quickly iterate over the TOC, correct the bookmarks and fix the bookmarks in the topics. The downside is that you would regularly need to run the script to fix any new links.
