AOL?  I didn't think that old AOL browser existed any more; I am also not sure if Flash Player will run on the AOL browser.

Anyway, try downloading the installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht... and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

If you cannot get Flash Player to work on AOL, try another browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox.
