Since upgrading to Mountain Lion OS, InDesign CS6 is not playing well with Spaces in Mission Control... I use several "spaces," and whenever I open InDesign, it always opens in Space 1, regardless of where I am when I open it. Even more troubling, it reverts to Space 1 whenever I open a new file. Also, I often (but not always) have problems moving InDesign windows from one space to another. When I go to Mission Control, sometimes InDesign just remains on the screen, rather than be reduced to small icons & windows which can be moved. Also I cannot move the windows by dragging to the edge of the screen, as I should be able to do. Any known workarounds or fixes in the works?
