Hi I'm Haveing Problems With Flashplayer! I Downloaded it On My Computer. But It Tells Me A Newer Version Was Installed. But Can't Find On My Computer.  What Can I Do?? Jerry

Which operating system are you using?  If it is Windows you will want to try the steps listed in Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html.
