Would you mind posting the URL that points to this article?
Can you check on the account whether the Web Viewer is "enabled" for social sharing on this application?
If not, then the users will be redirected to a publisher specified URL (if provided), if not provided then they will get this "not found" message.
So the property I am referring to is not in Viewer Builder. It's in the account admin panel.
- Enable Web Viewer
- Select this option to let users view your articles in the Web Viewer in a desktop browser. If you enable Web Viewer, article views are counted against your download fulfillments as described in Social media download counts.
If you deselect this option and enable Social Sharing in Viewer Builder, social sharing links point to the Publication URL you specify in Viewer Builder, not to Web Viewer articles. The Enable Web Viewer setting has no effect when Social Sharing links are tapped on an iPad or iPhone.
Also, you'll want to make sure that your renditions are set up properly. At this time, the 1024x768 iPad SD folio should be JPG or PNG (not PDF). In addition, you need to make sure that the Article Name values in your different renditions are identical. This "Article cannot be found" message can occur if you share from a 2048x1536 folio that does not have a corresponding 1024x768 PNG/JPG rendition, or if you share from an iPhone article that doesn't have a matching article name in the 1024x768 iPad rendition.
Looks like the link works now so good news.
