My Home button in HTML Help Not Working.
Also the Home option from the Options menu does not work. I receive the "This program cannot display the webpage" error.
I have the correct file name (titlepg.htm) in the Advanced Windows Ptoperties "Default" field and the "Home" field. However, I still receive the "This program cannot display the webpage" error.
How can I correct this situation? Thanks, your help is appreciated!

Hi there
What version of RoboHelp are you using please?
Where exactly is the page in your project? Is it at the root level or is it maybe inside a folder?
Cheers... Rick

Thanks so much for responding Rick.
I am using RoboHelp 8.
The page (topic) is at the root level. I also tried it inside a folder with no success. Any further ideas?

Can you post a couple of screen captures please?
One where you show the Project Explorer with the desired topic in view. Another where you show the dialog where you specify the Home page destination.
Another thing you may wish to try is to define a totally new window, assign the values there and ensure you point to the window in the Single Source Layout recipe.
Oh, and one other thing. Are you using RoboHelp HTML or RoboHelp for Word?
Cheers... Rick

Hi there
Looks like you replied via email and attached files?
What Priyank means is that you need to visit the web interface and not reply by email. In the web interface is an icon that resembles a camera. Use that icon to insert the images so we can see them.
Cheers... Rick

Hi,
As Rick mentioned, you need to check the Folder level, here I am posting few screenshot, have a look and check.
1. Please check the Project Manager, I have a folder called test>then I have 2 topic.
2. Check the Window and see I have set the path of htm file.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Priyank
