How do I open up Adobe Flash Player?

Of course, when I open via Internent, it send me a message that I need to close Internet Explorer.

So, I don't know how to open it outside of opening Internet.

And that IE warning may refer to a specific widget, toolbar or active desktop, so turn those off tempoirarily.

Download the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht... and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.
