I have had the same trouble
I seem to log in with the folio builder, but my folios don't show up.
Folio Producer logs in fine and I see my folios on there.
Edit: Can't connect to server for updates. Can't see articles in Folio Producer either.
Edit 2: Seems like everything is back up.
I'm experiencing this as well...just tried restarting the CS Service Manager as this article suggests:http://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-suite/kb/error-svr-unknown-folio-builder.html
And it now gives me a network failure error instead of an unknown.
UPDATE: I quit InDesign, and restarted my computer and things seem to be working fine now.
things are better. But anyone know why i cannot update my files and view them on Content Viewer. When i log into Folio Producer online it online displays one orientation of one file of many. and even that fiule is outdated. Now after upgrading Content Viewer I cannot even click "View" or start the update that claims to be available.
