Graphing / Charting times... is this possible?

I am trying to make a line chart where the Y-axis is the time of day. I can do it by converting the time to minutes from midnight, but this causes the Y-axis's values to look pretty cryptic to someone who doesn't know what is going on. Is there a way to either change the values in the Y-axis labels or actually just chart the times themselves? Thanks.

use a 24 hour clock

CFChart can only display "simple" numeric values on the Y axis.

It cannot display time or date information in any sensible way on the Y axis (and only with difficulty on the x axis).

Is there a chart package you could recommend to do this?

We use ChartDirector for plots that cfchart can't do (just about all of them).
