premiere 10 load

I have elements 10 and premiere 10 on 1 disc. Elements loaded fine, but premiere says cannot support package. I have XP, service pack 3, 64 x 2 dual core, 6000 + 3.00 GHz and  3.00 RAM what else do i need to load?

The tech specs for Premiere Elements 10 are "2GHz or faster processor with SSE2 support; dual-core processor required for HDV or AVCHD editing and Blu-ray or AVCHD export" 

And it also says you need at least Service Pack 2 for XP, 

I Have service pack 3 and SSE 3 support, Thanks for your reply
