What exactly happens when you try installing?
Did you only replace the hardware, or did you wipe the C: drive and reinstall Windows as well?

Adobe seemed to think the problem may have been with Windows 7. They did not itemise , but, it is now working.
Adobe finally fixed the issue after using Adobe Connect, seemed to think it was the Windows 7 ?
Glad all is working now... and if you ask a future question and mention hardware, please be sure to provide those hardware details
