I recently had to restore my computer to it's factory settings due to several issues.  Upon getting everything back up, including Mozilla Firefox, I tried playing a game on Facebook.  It told me I needed to download the flash player to play the games.  Once I followed the steps and it showed that the download was complete, it still is not workiing and still saying I need to download the flash player, even though it showed as a sucessful completion.  I did the same thing on my IE and everything was fine.  Can anyone give me a clue to what might be going on?

Hello,

You can download Flash Player 11.4 plugin (For Firefox and Chrome) from here :

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe

Also you can try using Flash Player uninstaller (http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe) and do a fresh install.

Thanks,

Vikram
