1. Re: Cross References Not Visible in Panel
Manish-Sharma Aug 21, 2012 8:20 PM (in response to Zinusmero)Can you post the screen shot of the Hyperlink panel.
Ideally the Preference reset should fix it.

Steve Werner Aug 21, 2012 9:06 PM (in response to Zinusmero)Did you reset your InDesign preferences as Manish suggested? It usually fixes problems like that. Here's how:

6. Re: Cross References Not Visible in Panel
Zinusmero Aug 23, 2012 11:10 PM (in response to Manish-Sharma)No good, I copied and then deleted the specified files, restarted ID but still the Hyperlinks Panel is blank. I had recently been upgraded from CS3 to CS6 so i dont know if the conversion caused problems. It was originally working fine.

7. Re: Cross References Not Visible in Panel
Zinusmero Aug 26, 2012 5:42 PM (in response to Zinusmero)SOLVED!
The problem appeared to be with my Workspace profile. I changed from my personalised profile to "Interactive for PDF" ( which has the Hyperlinks panel) and it worked. All the Hyperlinks and cross-references show.
I personalised my workspace again with the panels i require and then saved a new workspace with the same name. All works fine after saving a new profile. I am going to take a backup of the workspace file so i can restore it easily if it happens again.
