I have my Flash Player set to update fully automatically, but this seems pretty haphazard at the moment. I checked the install log, and this is a section from it.

Can someone advise what these error codes mean and how I can rectify them ? I appears that the update has worked in the past for both the my Firefox plugin and the ActiveX component, but it would be good to get confirmation on that, too.

Thanks.

Hi,

Please download the latest version of Flash Player and let us know if you continue to see these issues: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Version 11_2_202_235 is fairly old and there have been several improvements in the update mechanism since then.

I'm getting this error on both 11.3 and 11.4.402.265.  I grabbed the update for 11.4.402.278 and it's still happening.  As far as I can tell, there are no problems with Flash but I do see this reported error.

Hi GDRamp,

Could you attach the contents of your log file? I'm particularly interested to see if this is happening every day, or just every once in a while. Also, does this still happen after a system restart?

Thanks!
