1. Re: I-200 error when trying to login
Refsgaard Aug 23, 2012 1:55 PM (in response to Refsgaard)I found a solution in another discussion:
-------------
1) opm.db file becomes corrupted and must be deleted. We're working to isolate the cause of this.
The opm.db file can be found in the OOBE folder in:
on Mac: <yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe
on Windows XP: <youruser>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe
on Windows 7: <youruser>\AppData\Local\Adobe
-------------
This worked for me

wadirum123 Aug 30, 2012 6:41 AM (in response to Refsgaard)I have the same problem
I removed the opm.db file but as soon as I start the MUSE Application the file appears in the OOBE again. What can I do?

3. Re: I-200 error when trying to login
Ashley*Howard Aug 30, 2012 9:07 AM (in response to Refsgaard)I also have the same problem. I have tried the solution noted above - deleting the file and reopening. I have uninstalled and deleted the file, then reinstalled both the 1.1 and 2.0 versions. All to no avail. Help. Note: I am trying to sign into the trial version.
Wadirum - when muse is launched it should create a new (hopefully, uncorrupted) copy of the file in the folder. You want the file to come back.

rayacosta Jan 9, 2013 6:07 PM (in response to Refsgaard)Thanks, that really worked for me, but it was kind of hard. There is two upates with muse that didn´t woork with mac, could Adobe create a message or dialog box to point a help file explaining that I need to unistall or delete some files.

8. Re: I-200 error when trying to login
Zak Williamson (Adobe) Apr 10, 2013 12:22 PM (in response to bepartners)Are you behind a corporate firewall? Do you have anti-malware software installed that may be preventing Muse from being able to reach the internet or use port 443 (to verify your trial/subscription)?

11. Re: I-200 error when trying to login
bepartners Apr 26, 2013 3:38 AM (in response to Zak Williamson (Adobe))Zak, unfortunately we have not been able to solve the problem in the meantime. We use a https-proxy. Does Muse require an individualized ssl-certificate or a special hard-coded finger print? Does Adobe require to contact particular IP-addresses? If we know them, we are able to implement exeptional rules in our proxy for them.

15. Re: I-200 error when trying to login
Vinayak_Gupta May 1, 2013 9:51 PM (in response to harrison_tait)You can reach Adobe Muse chat support through the following link, they shall create a case for you if needed - http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=muse
Just look for the "I still need help" button after you select anything from the 2nd step dropdown.
Thanks,
Vinayak
