    I have my product code why is it not accepted when I enter it into the serial number screen?

      If you're having trouble entering your serial number to activate your product, you may be trying to redeem the wrong product or product version. If you are sure you're trying to redeem the proper product, and you still experience problems, please contact customer support and they can cross check your serial number to make sure you get the proper product.
