Impossible d'installer les mises à jour Flash player

bonjour,

je suis sous windows XP SP3 et j'ai actuellement la version Flash player 11.3.300.271 que j'utilise principalement sous Firefox (avec souvent des plantages). J'ai reçu une demande de mise à jour vers la version Flash Player 11.4.402.265, mais lorsque j'essaie de l'installer j'ai une erreur à l'installation : Echec de l'initialisation". Ca fait plusieurs version que j'ai le problème, j'ai essayé toutes les manipulations proposées par les post sur les problèmes d'installation ou le centre d'aide mais rien n'y fait.

Comment puis-je faire pour installer cette nouvelle version?

Sorry, i used the packages in 11_4_r402_265. I run all flashplayer11_4r402_265_win.msi flashplayer11_4r402_265_win.exe flashplayer11_4r402_265_winax.exe flashplayer11_4r402_265_winax.msi. Is it correct or should i use only one?

Hi,

It depends on your browser.

Please go to the following page: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

It will give you Flash Player required for your browser. I assume you use Mozilla Firefox. The file name would be something similar to install_flashplayer11x32_gtbp_chra_aih.exe

well it doesnt work with ur link but wirh the link of millenium on archived flashe player i succeed by using the packages in 11_4_r402_265.

But, I run all flashplayer11_4r402_265_win.msi flashplayer11_4r402_265_win.exe flashplayer11_4r402_265_winax.exe flashplayer11_4r402_265_winax.msi.

Is it correct or should i used only one?

flashplayer11_4r402_265_winax.exe : Flash Player installer for Internet Explorer

flashplayer11_4r402_265_win.exe : Flash Player installer for other browsers

The msi installers are for deployment on enterprise networks.
