No problems here on Mac OS X 10.8.1, and none others reported on this forum.
Try opening InDesign in a new user.
Why don’t you ask Apple? It was their update that broke it.
And I would not count on any updates to CS5. It’s two version out of date.
FWIW, that 10.8.1 update helped a lot of people having problems with CS6.
It could be the Chinese version that the OP is using.
