I have downloaded adobe flash player multiple times. Each time I install it the computer says install was successful. But it's never there. I'll be on a site and it will ask me to install adobe flash player to view content. Would like to be able to. It's getting to be a bummer.

Hi Pat,
I’m working with vista, internet explorer 9 version 9.0.8112.16421. I see when I went in to look there was an update available. I will probably download that. If I didn’t get you the right info let me know I’ll send it to you. Thanks.
Deborah

Hi,
Thanks so much. That did the trick. But I have to wonder seeing as I downloaded it several times does that mean it’s been installed multiple times, and is taking up more space on computer, or does it remove previous version and replace it? Thanks.
Deborah

Re-installing Flash Player will just replace the installed player files.

Is there an equivalent solution for Macs? I have the same problem (Mac OS 10.7.4).
Thanks!
