    Cloud DL problem

      After successfully DL/Installing the adobe download manager and several apps via the cloud interface, I had to restore the windows 7(64) operating system to an earlier point in time (before the adobe cloud download) to resolve an internet issue.  I then tried to reinstall the adobe download manager but receive "Download Error" message and am told to contact customer support.  Seems like a system security issue to prevent unauthorized access.  Is there a work around for this problem.  Thanks, Tom
