Run the "AdobeContentViewer.air" installer found in the following location:

Is that an English error or translated from Italian? Does this happen with just this folio or all folios? Is it one orientation of two? Do you have the _h or _v in the file name?
Thanks everybody for your answers.
- What I wrote was an error message translated from Italian.
- I'm pretty sure all the updates are installed already.
- When I was working with the English Trial version everything was working fine. The proleblem started when I got a registered version in Italian.
- I pinned the mistakes down but I'm still not able to solve it. In the layout there are some audio files and when I have to select the audio controller folder from the File Controller of the Folio Overlays, I receive a ! warning thas says:
"The folder is missing or doesn't contain images. Select a folder containing resources of supported images."
That folder, called "risorse_audio", actually does contains two .png files that I created for the audio control, so I don't understand where the mistake is.
Any idea? Thanks so much.

Are the files for the controller named correctly?
the files are named "audio_controls_Pause_001.png" and "audio_controls_Pause_002.png"
Try and rename using the suggested format, ending with _play.png/_pause.png
so use audio_controls_001_Pause.png instead of audio_controls_Pause_001.png
You need a play and pause. Rename the files.
I didn't managed to create a folio yet. I created a file with several pages in both h and v version and when trying to create the Folio I was blocked by the error message about the Audio Controller folder.
Ok so look at my last reply, rename the files so that the name ends with _play.png/_pause.png
use audio_controls_001_Pause.png instead of audio_controls_Pause_001.png
I thought I named them play and pause. How exactly should I call the .png files?
Thank you so much Himanshu.
It worked! I named the files "001_play.png" and "002_pause.png" and now it works.
Thank you so much to Bob and everybody who tried to help as well.
