can't download adobe flash player

I can't download ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. Could this be because  I just installed Mountain Lion [OS X] on my MACBOOKPRO?

when it gets to the page that says

INSTALL

or

EXIT

i can't click on INSTALL. it is grey, not black, and doesn't respond to clicking.
