I am also having the same issue as andrew.kramar as noted here. I have reviewed my installer logs ad the summary shows no warnings or errors for the CS6 Design Creative Suite. I have reinstalled Illustrator and the log shows no errors or warnings either.

Was this update specifically for the stand alone Illustrator? Or should it work with the Creative Suites as well?

Hey techkid, thanks for that! It worked wonderfully!

I had updated Application Manager, but had not installed it after removing the existing one. Illustrator update ran fine afterwards! And this was a Mac installation BTW.

Hi

Did We try to Update it Manually? If yes and if that did not resolve the concern

Please try the following Steps

Uninstall the Adobe Application manager from your computer.

Rename the OOBE folder in the computer

Location of OOBE Folder

On Mac - Library/Application Support/Adobe/

On Windows C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

Then install the latest version of adobe application manager and then update the application,

Hope It Helps

Thanks
