adobe flash player problems

i am trying to download adobe flash player but get error message to close internet explorer,i do that and still get the message,i need this to view videos what can i do???

Download the installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht... and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.
