Adobe Flash Player 11 "Error: Failed to Register"

I ran the install for Adobe Flash Player 11, and it said "Error: Failed to Register". How can I install it?

"Failed to register" indicates a permission problem in the Windows registry.

Are you installing as an Administrator user?
