Flash Wont Work

Hey, I recently updated some software for my Mac and it told me to get the lattest version of Flash, Upon me installing it many times it still doesnt work. I keep seeing on every site that I stil need to upgrade. I have followed all the troubleshoot recomendations on the site and it still wont work. Help please?!
