What is your operating system & version?

What is your web browser?

What means "cannot"; what happens when you try?

This worked for me after having the same frustrating problem - At first window, instead of "run" "save" to desktop.  Close your browser window(s).  Double click on desktop install icon.  Do hope this works for you.

Thank you, that eventually worked after a few tries. The only thing is, when I am watching a video clip, it only views for about 10 seconds and then starts loading, keeps going and again starts loading . Very hard to watch.

So glad it worked but sorry you're now having trouble with the Flash download.  I do not know how to cure that continuing video reload prob.  Yuk.

Thanks Penny, all good now. I just find it confusing when technology moves so fast.

Hehe...so glad it worked out in the end for you. I was going bonkers trying to install and even deleted my old flash trying to make it work ' til I had the brainwave. It's technology that slows things down not you.
