Cannot Install Flash: Host error "Unable to load main bundle"

I am using Firefox 15.0.1

I also tried to download/install in Explorer and got the SAME error

I uninstalled flash restarted PC and now cannot DL it at all due to the "Host" error. The file will save to downloads(firefox), but when I attempt to RUN it I get the error. It all began when I was trying to view a posted music video by a friend on Facebook and the player wouldnt load

PC SPECS:

WINXP SP3

AMD athlon 64 dual core 3800+  2.00 GHz

1GB RAM
