hi, i have proleme with my adobe prensenter software : when i finished to record and i want to publish, I can't do it. some error message appear, its say that '' Application have found an internal error' please give me solutions. thks

Which version of Adobe Presenter are you using ?

Which Windows do you have ?

Are you recording anything specific and does it happen with every presentation ?

Please upload a screenshot and Update your Video Card Drivers.
