downloading the lastt version of flash player for firefox!!!

i tried to download the last flash player for firefox & when i click on (install_flashplayer11x32_mssa_aih.exe) then run ->nothing is happen & exe file disappear & removed from the disk & the installation isn't complete ,can any one tell me what to do?
