Where are the release notes for v11.4.402.278?

Sorry if this is in the wrong sub-forum, but I have searched them all as well as the Adobe website and can't find them anywhere.  I'd like to know whether or not this is security or functionality related (or both).  If it's security, I want to install it, if functionality only, the last secure version is working well for me and I don't want to tempt fate.

There are no release notes, as there are no changes in this version; see Chris' post in http://forums.adobe.com/message/4711916#4711916
