Adobe Flash Player 11 timeout on install

I have tried to download Adobe Flash Player 11 about 10 times now.  I am able to download it but everytime it gets to the black install box, it timeouts at 47%  Is anyone else having trouble or know how I can fix it?  I have tried with my security system on and off.  I am running IE9
