i have sales agents and want to know if i can customized the dashboard to provide analysis unique to each individual agent?

You can not customise the dashboard in any way other then to set role permisions to hide and show menu items and acess elements to the admin outlined in the documentation.

Wow, bless you! That was fast. So I guess the best way to generate individual statics would be to utilize the CRM system correct?
