Trying to use https://creative.adobe.com and keep on having issues. It shows I am logged in, I am on a cloud subscription, but the links for Files or Apps don't work and a flashing with "Upgrade" keeps on coming up. I don't need to Upgrade, I am already on a cloud subscription and can't access anything...
There was a degradation in service last night as mentioned here http://forums.adobe.com/message/4724689#4724689. You should be able to use ther service now.
