I've downloaded the latest Adobe flash player atleast thirty times. I follow all of the instructions, restart the computer, read all of the forums and i still cant figure out whats wrong. I install the program, it says it's complete, i close the window, re-open internet explorer attempt to open the video and it says i need to install the newest version of adobe flash player. I need this for my school work and i need help, does any one have any ideas?

Hello,

You can try a clean install, described in this thread : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

Once Flash Player is removed, you can download Adobe Flash Player 11.4 from here : http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Thanks

Vikram

I assume you are using Windows. Please let us know which version of Windows:

- Flash Player plug-in is enabled: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html#main_3__Enable_Flash_Player_...

@ bambie335

You don't need to install Flash Player separately in Chrome.

Could you please see the following article and perform those steps: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enable-system-flash-player-google-chrome.html

Thanks,

Sunil
