There have been a # of sign in problems (myself included) when Muse hooked up with the creative cloud. In almost all cases the above methods solved the problem.
The threads all basically involve deleting the same corrupt/conflicting files. Tho vary in individual cirmumstancs. Such as BC id's etc.
If that doesn't work, there is a direct download link of the latest version-Windows or Mac- that mods have posted, (but unforutunately I can't find it at the moment) so stay on this thread.Hope this helps!
