Problems Installing Adobe Flash 11.4

Every time I try to install Adobe Flash 11.4 I receive an error saying Adobe Flash Player Install Manager quit unexpectedly after it was relaunched. From there I try to relaunch but it still does not work.

I am running Mac OS X Version 10.5.8.

Any help would be appreciated.
